Abstract

Humans have always attempted to find substitutes for ourselves to carry out our orders and also to work in a different/difficult environments. The centipede robot is one, which looks like a centipede i.e., it consists of a pair of legs for each segment of its body. Our centipede bot contains three segments with a pair of motors for each segment and additional motors for several movement of segments. It is an All terrain robot. The centipede robot is built for inspections in ducts, pipes, cars and anywhere it can weave in and out also it can be used in spying purposes. The centipede bot can flex its body to overcome the obstacles each module(segment) has two wheels attached to it, total 3 modules with 6 wheels to drive the robot over obstacles. The centipede robot can be controlled by NodemCU module
